We are currently undertaking a planned infrastructure migration affecting a limited subset of our services.
This migration primarily impacts VPS and Dedicated Server services. Shared and fully managed hosting services are not expected to be affected.
The migration is being carried out due to an upstream infrastructure change and is intended to ensure long-term stability and continuity of service.
All affected services remain online and operational at this time
IP addresses will change as part of this migration
New replacement servers will be provided for impacted services
VPS and Dedicated Server services that are unmanaged will require client-side migration
We are working to complete all affected migrations ahead of late February.
Clients with impacted services will be contacted directly with server access details, migration requirements, and deadlines.
Clients using unmanaged VPS or Dedicated Server services are responsible for migrating their data, applications, and configurations to the newly provided servers within the communicated timeframe.
If you have strict uptime requirements, IP dependencies, or compliance constraints, please contact us as soon as possible so these can be considered during scheduling.
